Positive displacement pumps
Application:
Lobe pumps of series "B" are positive displacement rotary pumps. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed. Two synchronously driven rotors are rotating in a casing. This design provides a very gentle pumping of fluids.

Materials:
- All hydraulic parts are made of stainless steel AISI 316. Special alloys and surface hardenings available on request.
- Shaft sealing alternative with mechanical seal, stuffing box or special lip seal. The materials and the execution of the mechanical seal, packing or lip seal in accordance to the liquid.

Application:
Lobe pumps of series BB, BA and BF are positive displacement rotary pumps. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed. Two synchronously driven rotors are rotating in a casing. This design provides a very gentle pumping of fluids.
The pumps of these series are a further development of the B series to meet the extended demands of the certifications 3-A FDA and EHEDG.

Materials:
All hydraulic parts are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The bearing housing can be made of cast iron or stainless steel AISI 304.

This pump series meets the extended demands of the certifications 3-A FDA and EHEDG.

- Connections DN25 to DN125 with TRI-CLAMP or DIN 11864-3 (no welding)
Materials:
All hydraulic parts are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The bearing housing can be mad of cast iron or stainless steel AISI 304.
Application:
The air operated double diaphragm pumps of type DDE SPN are used for pumping a variety of different liquids in the food and cosmetics industry like beverages, marmalade, honey, cremes, shampoo and many more. This pump can be used for thin and viscous fluids.
